These times of transformation are complex, dense, frightening, connecting, insecure, brutal, isolating. Undeniable, obvious and developing faster than expected. I can't catch up and I am really fast. But I am not really a machine. Still nature. I love machines. I just don't trust people who create them to control others and sell things. It is based on a binary code. 

The feeling of powerlessness spreads widely. I have a diagnosis of ptsd and my main trauma response is to fight, sometimes I also freeze or run away, if it gets really tough I tend to dissociate. when this happens, I have gone to far already and I'll focus on meditating and rest for a little time. I don't want to get lost. Or hopeless. I like to be like the elements, like waves or a cloudy sky,  they still are water and air, even if they are disturbed, moving, transforming, their essences stays the same. Our essence can stay the same. If we accept that even if we feel powerless, if we can't change everything (some slogans parties even yo

This can be helpful for anyone around. this can connect me to people, especially to others who think they'd be isolated, even when none of us really is. 

Our nervous systems are constantly corresponding, our bodies, we are connected even when we think we aren't. as all life we are connected. we are not so different. the ideas of invent-ion, discovery, enlightenment, knowledge, culture are human creations, words, mainly to excuse the compete, exclude, separate, to compete, to control and claim to have power etc. 

It has never been given. there have been always systems that had another approach, that new about these connections, about the other entities, the human body as part of nature not so different to any other element. to love all life. the give ability of humans of choices, of strengh and learning left them to themselves and create machines that start to control the humans. this is reality and this development can't be stopped anymore. one reason some people want to reach out to other planets, to live on mars etc. 

I love the earth. I love life, even if it is not easy at all. I believe in the power of recovery, whatever happend to me. A lot happened to me. A lot of violence, resentments, misunderstandings, insults, ignorance etc. But it is happening to many creatures, forms of life, entities, nature, the earth, the sea, the sky, the ground etc. I am not any different, all of us deserve something else. No form of life isn't. Even if I am don't like all of them. There are still existing and I want to treat them with love and understanding. Still. Again. And again. I feel we can do the following at least and I am happy to hear what you think, that we else we could do? Any single one of us:

* Healing energies exist all around us. Our bodies contains them and sustains of them. Our nervous systems knows about them and is troubled when we ignore it. We can put our hands together and feel the warmth. We can feel the love if we listen to our heart beat, We can breath. We can feel. Feelings are energy. Even the ones, we resist. Even the resentments we carry. Even when we blame another. Praise and strenghen what you have. Don't take anything for granted. It is a ressource that we need. We're still together in this.

* If I am honestly learning about myself, I can bring something to the world, that is an important truth. Not for myself but for every life on earth. Even if I am already influenced by efficency, comparison, needs etc. I can start today bringing something to the world, not for myself, but for everyone.

* When our institutions, systems etc. are build on the idea of capitalism and efficency machines can do the work better than we do. Questioning capitalism is important if we don't want to compete with machines, but to focus on our feelings, bodies, gifts, creative freedom.

*Circles and time loops Linearity of time is a relatively new, relatively stupid, relatively selling idea. Indigenous wisdom as well as contemporary physics know there is nothing true about it. It is just another invention to control people or sell something to them. Cyclic time, circles of time or time loops are more realistic and ask for another knowledge and other principles. It doesn't have to be spiritual, as physics proof, or poetry. It offers hope and perspective in all time. Fear and control are not helpful if you want to survive this transforming time. But ideas that contribute to focus on principles that give hope, perspective, because we are not helpless and there is enough time and love, because these concepts are without limitations. There were just changed and given to live in fear. Fearful people are easier to control. It seems to be still a common concept in education and pedagogics, but it holds the focus on the subject not on the community or all living creatures. 

*Cultures are old and divers already, the exclusion and the idea of competition is new

*Everything that saves time costs / has a price

*Meaning means nothing anymore. In all areas. Priorities and principles lose their meaning.

* Networking becomes content. Content becomes knowledge

*Content is not sustainable, it serves selling the moment.

*Growth is sustainable if it is not about time, money, audience or followers. It stays attractive if it is not dependent. 

*Art become culture and nothing more. Nothing to judge about.

*If opinions are everything, any person has an opinion.

*Democracy is only half way realised in its dying state

*Information is not knowledge nor wisdom

*Informations are not enough to be an expert

*Fake and performance are content

*If there is no meaning and no judgment anything goes. If there is no priority or principle it is all about power play, bubbles and networks.

*Diversity is not divers if it stays in groups and communities that are defined by similarities. Even if the similarites are different and not priviledged or ruling.

*Racism and sexism are structural, created problems and are sometimes abused even by people who are criticising them.

*Power is ruling

*Ethics and value in favor of content are only a statement

*There is something good in human beings, if they are selling themselves or not

*Awareness and healing needs to save all living beings not only a single subject.
